Remember that logging winch I have been trying to get advice on...well I tested it this morning and it seems to work. It has a magnetic clutch from a front pto and a line speed of 2'/sec at 300 pto.
Ive got about $200 into it and about 20 hours time, although about 12 of that was spent staring at the thing :-) I still have to add the butt plate and make the remote switch nicer...some day I would like to make it radio remote. The log in the pictures is only 7' long but it seemed to handle it just fine...I am looking forward to pressure testing it.

Thanks for all the advice and encouragement

Kim
