I purchased a used 605F this summer and put up 120 bales, but had a devil of a time getting the twine on the bales with ehough raps at the cutter end. I purchased net-rap hay in the past and like the way it stores and feeds out. So my question is, "can net-rap device be added to the 605F?

Netwrap can not be added to your baler, I would just put more twine on if you want the hay to keep better. Sounds like your twine cutter needs to be adjusted. Is it loose so that it pivots at the end of the stroke?

You probabl need to adjust the twine cutter. I had the same problem after I sharpened the knife on mine.
