I have some tall lespedeza that has bedded down from the heavy rain Friday. It is very wet at the roots. My brother says there is no way his JD 1219 will cut this. I believe I can possibly cut it by Thursday with my #9 mower if we do not get any more rain. He says the conditioner is useless in wet conditions. It is always chocking and slugging. What are some of your suggeations and experiances. I have not cut Lespedeza in many years. Thanks

Do you know anyone with a disc mower? They seem to cut anything. Our NH489 haybine couldn't cut a thing but a fellow came and knocked it all down after a rain with his disc bine. Did it in near top gear too.
