What 3pt implement are you trying to use?

By "drawbar" do you mean the swinging drawbar that comes from a bracket that comes from the bottom of the differential, not the bar with 9 holes in it that connects to the 3pt arms?

Little more detail will help. :) But, for me, it depends upon the implement, some do not interfere with the swinging drawbar, and some do.

My sickle bar mower the pto shaft gets _really_ close and the breakaway iron is mostly in the way - I take the drawbar off.

The 3pt blade I leave it on - unless I need to swing the blade around reverse, then it is in the way & I have to take it off.

I have a heavy duty 3pt platform, it has bracing that goes twoards the tractor. This would catch on the drawbar, I have to take it off.

So, it just depends. I would watch real carefully on _anything_ with a pto shaft, when you lowere the 3pt the shaft could get into the drawbar.

Many drawbars have a hole in the middle, you can push the drawbar forward & pin it very short, mostly out of the way. Don't know if yours is designed like that.
