I am having trouble with the hydraulic oil getting hot and turning the warning light and busy on . Dealer has replaced some o-rings on solenoid valves. anyone have any suggestions

I am not familiar with this baler. Are you talking about the hydraulic oil coming from the tractor? If so check your hydralic oil cooler on your tractor. My neighbor had that problem last year. His baler door wouldn't stay shut and the bale would roll out the back. We looked at the cooler and you could barely see it for the dirt, crud ,ect. We cleaned it with a soft brush and some degreaser and it worked lick a champ. If that is your problem don't use too much water pressure on it as it could bend the fins. Just my 2 cents.

This is a fully auto baler with it'own onboard hydraulic sytem. [ Electrical connection only to tractor ]
