I need to put together a broadcast sprayer primarily to spray for mosquitoes a few times a year over 20 acres. I've located a 200gl aluminum sprayer tank that appears to be in good condition w/rack that can be converted to 3ph. Price seems to be OK. Everything that I see is plastic now. Is aluminum OK or should I stay away from it? Pros and cons please.

I would worry about any type of metal, probably works with most chemicals, but there are always a few that react badly. If you never use the reactive ones, it's up to you. RoundUp is really popular, & it reacts with iron, not sure on aluminumn....

You need to check compatibility of aluminum with your chemical. Aluminum can react with some and give off noxious gases. Plastic is pretty much neutral.
