Looking at a NH 479 haybine, any feed back good or bad. When were they made and what are they going for used in fair or good condition. Thanks

Definately a good machine, just make sure the rubber on the rolls is still there. They did have trouble with rubber coming off. Steve

I purchased a 479 for this season's hay and don't have any complaints. I am not sure on the exact age, however the 488 (which I think is still in procuction) is very similiar. I am in Ontario and depending on condition, they are around $1000 to $3000 on the dealer's lot.
