NH 630 Round Baler

I've got a NH 630 Round Baler that started makin' some awful noises. Mostly like a popin' sound. Gets worse as the bale gets bigger. Thought it might be a bearing as when the baler is empty i can hear it coming from the very top roller and that's the only place, but as the baler gets fuller, starts make more of the same noise from elsewhere. Any ideas?? Bought the thing last and it's been nthin' but trouble since, breakin' chains(got that problem resolved though), won't start rolls, makes ragged edges, and now this. Rolled 2 rolls last night and started on the 3rd on sheared a bolt with about a half roll in it.
Noises keep getting worse. Any help would be appreciated as I have hay down and of course their given' rain. Thanks

If you have checked all the bearings and they are not bad then you might have a bent or broken shaft. Which could also cause the chains to break. Not real familar with the NH's though.
