My baler engine takes D16 Champion plugs. Does anyone know what that would be in Autolite in a hotter plug? TIA

At NAPA and probably some other parts stores they usually have a chart to show the heat ranges on plugs. You might ask someone there.

My tractors both were factory D16. Changed to Autolite 386. Don't know that they are hotter but they don't foul like the Champs did.

Excellent advice, Autolite 388 is a little hotter if need be. Get rid of the Champions, they will just frustrate you.
