Never seen an IHC version, evidently not sold in my area, but the JD the Amish in some areas use, sold one to an Amish Friend a few year ago and have seen several setting in their yards, have 2 steel wheel ones setting here now for rebuilding for sale, 8 - 10' will bring several hundred dollars, larger sizes too big, they need the clutch lift

Those quack diggers are not worth a lot. Most of the steel wheeled ones get the wheels pulled off and the rest is scraped. At most they can bring $100 for a good one. Hope it helps.

A quack digger is a feild cultivator(mainly the old ones). We call 'em quack diggers because they're the only thing you can use to get rid of quack grass.

Don, where in the Badger state are you located? I'm in Vernon County. And thanks you guys for the input. Looks like I got a worthless piece of old iron. Maybe I should take a drive into Amish country and get a little something for it.

I live in Outagaimie county,in Kaukauna. I wouldn't say it's worthless. Around here there's lots of collectors with one behind their tractors, and horse farmers use them once in a while. I don't know which part of the state Vernon county is. Donovan from Wisconsin

Field cultivator with narrow teeth- about two inches wide, used multiple times in a season, like on fallowed ground, to raise quack roots to the surface where they can sit in the sun and DIE. Quack multiplies with runners, so you need to hit them often, pull them up, and hope they die in the sun. Technology from before herbicides.

I always remember what an old farmer once said about getting rid of quack. "You have to dig it...rake it...let it dry...burn it...and then, be darn carefull with what you do with the ashes!"

Mine has low rubber and a wrench, that does not appear to fit anything, wired to the frame. It was free.
