Bought a used 10ft aerway my Hay Co ag agent came by sat. morning & said my hay field is not a coastal, but mostly little blue stem field. He said to get the hay off it by mid sept. then roundup it twice & chiesel & disc it. Was wondering if I plant tifton 85. Wont all those seeds come back in the middle of my field?? OH yea he said to buy a electric whirly bird & put on the front of my 4230 & use the aeway to seed the rye grass. Late oct. also said with the aerway I could plant the OATS with the whirly bird seeder Too.What do you think??? Does anyone know a good brand electric whirlybird to buy??
