MF 82 Plow

Found a four bottom, 3 pt plow today. Decals are in bad shape, but I can read the Massey Fergerson and the number 82 on the main beam. There is one very similar in the pictures on this sight. Can anyone give me more information, like years built, tractor used to pull it, etc. Thanks, moye

We have one bought new in 1978, 3 bottom, trip, with Cat II drawbar. This one can have another bottom bolted on to the main beam plate at the rear. "Newer" ones like ours have a 6 inch main beam that goes the length of the top frame, older ones had a narrower beam. Seen lots so they were made for several years. We use a MF255 to pull it.
