I am having a lot of trouble with the hay wanting to bunch up between the last guard and the panel on the left side of my cutter bar. Should the last guard be installed with the point in the pipe bracket that hold the panel?? The hay is thick and just can't get it good and dry at the point of cutting either. Any hel would be appreciated as I have fought it all evening trying to get ahead of the weather. Thanks.

From what I remember, the point should be in the pipe. Do you have the dividers bolted on to the knockdown bar? These will pull hay away from the ends of the cutterbar as it is being cut.
