Howdy,

I need to haul a fellows' Jubilee from back east.
Any idea of weight of the typical front loader on this tractor? Don't know the brand but is standard....two arm, two cylinders. etc.

Many thanks,

Standard to me means that the loader is driven off the front of the engine (spline in crank pulley) and is totally self contained. The hyd fluid is contained in 3" piping and it surrounds the tractor attaching to the rear fender brackets on the rear axle. This sucker probably weighs 800 lbs plus about 3500 for the tractor.

At that the standard 16' dual axle trailer can haul it a reasonable distance at a reasonable speed. I use an equalizing hitch like used with a camp trailer to stabilize the system.

Thanks Mark,

I found the weight of the Jubilee to be around 2500 lbs. I suspect you are pretty close on the loader weight.

I have done lots of hauling and this trailer is designed for 5000. I use a class five hitch and have an load distributing hitch but won't need it for this run....good brakes and tires and perfect tongue weight.
