I have identified a couple of the seed plates I have as beeing small bean plates, I need to identify these, C904, C906, C907, C908. What type seed do these plant. Planter works great just finished planting 11 rows of field corn and 6 rows of sweet corn, plan on planting 12 more rows of sweet corn in a couple of weeks. All help appreciated.

I checked my manual for my 12MX planter and the seed plate numbers (see page 10, figure 18) do not match the numbers you have listed. Either you have a different planter model or you should be looking for different numbers on your seed plates. All of the 12MX plate numbers start with PDX- or P30- followed by three numbers.

Cole was purchased by Covington about a year ago. Here's a link to the Cole planters on their website. You can choose your planter model for a description and a link to download the manual. Hopefully, the manual can give you some insight into the plates you have in your collection.
