I just broke the front plow point and can not find the broken piece. Is there anyone selling replacement points or do I have to have it welded up. The number on the point is 100248FT.
Thank for your help.
Chris

First off, is it a 12" bottom? If so, I might be able to help you. Second, does your plow have replaceable shins, or are they part of the moldboard? If they're the replaceable shin type, I CAN help. Let nme know. If so I'll check my "inventory". I have about 20 points for the 12" Ferguson/ Massey Ferguson plows. If yours is like what I described, I'll try to post a picture. Mine are "aftermarket", so the part #'s might not be the same. Lots of questions, but I might be able to get you plowing again. John

John,
I believe my plow is a 14". It has replaceable points held on with two bolts. The points are actually triangular and not flat like on many of the newer plows. I hope this is of help. Pictures would be great.
Thanks for your responce.
Chris

You have a sod and clay style bottom, they are still sold by a New Holland (was Ford tractor) dealer, give them the number of your old share (point) without the FT on the end, let me know if you can't find any.

Scott,
I contacted my local New Holland dealer and they said they didn't have any and couldn't get any of these points.
I'm not sure of the age of this plow, it is similar to most of the two bottom plows used in this area by the small vegetable farmers. I'm surprized that the points are so hard to come by. Unfortunately, this is the first point I've broken in over 25 years of plowing.
I would appreciate your help in locating a new one.
Thanks,
Chris

No luck! All the points I have are 3 or 4 bolt "Throw-away" points. It sounds like your's is an older style. You might just end up welding that one. Sorry. John
