What type of device do you use on the drawbar to attach the Little Genius plow spring loaded drawbar ?

John is correct. You use a twisted clevis that you can find at any good farm supply store. You put the clevis on the "U" shaped drawbar, not the swinging drawbar. Pick the hole, usually towards the furrow wheel, that gives a full cut for the 1st bottom. We always attached the trip rope to the spring of the tractor seat with a large spring clip that would allow the rope to detach in case you snagged something big enough to trip the plow hitch.

I don't know what the proper name was, but we called it a twisted clevis, I think some may have called it a flat clevis. The one we had Dad had welded an ear on to allow the attaching of a screen door spring to keep it turned to the rear.
