I would need your opinion on how the Netherexe bale accumulator is performing if the field is not perfectly level. I am considering buying an accumulator and i'm looking at Netherexe and Steffens. Netherexe drags the bale on the ground. Steffens is Hydraulic powered. My fields contains surface drainage and i'm concerned if the Netherexe system can perform in file like mine?
Thanks

Daniel

I bought a Steffens system at auction last year. I'm somewhat less than impressed with it. I used it quite a bit baling straw. It seems to need adjustments every 15 or 20 minutes. VERY touchy regarding bale size. I'll be selling it soon. Got my eye on a New Holland bale wagon. John

Daniel, don't buy either one. Do yourself a favor and buy a Hoelscher. It will out perform and outlast the other 2 combined and with less problems. The price will be about the same. Good luck..... ...
