I just got two cotton wagons at an auction for $150.00. If someone will tell me how to post a pic I'll post a pic of the wagons and I have a few questions for the knowledgeable folkks on here. One wagon appears to have a David Bradley logo on the rear axle and it has 14 inch wheels. Is that normal?

14" was normal in late 50's, after 14" tires started apearing on automobiles, as was 15" or 16", person bought with the wheels to fit the car tires he had on hand.

I'm not familiar with cotton, but for hay wagons around here: Those that had soft wet ground went for bigger tires, while those that needed to lift things from the ground to the trailer bed wanted lower tires so you didn't have to lift as high. So there were all kinds of 'normal' rim sizes.

Also the wagon gear (axles, steering, & metal frame) is often made by one company, and the rack, wagon, platform, box, whatever on top of it was made by someone else.
