Now don't get me wrong, I'm NOT a Tractor Supply Co. fan by any stretch, but I was looking through their "Blue Book" today. (Their catalogue) Under the Brush cutter parts list, they had Bush Hog parts. It listed several blades, a bolt, and a nut. It MIGHT be the one you're looking for. John

if you dont already have one, buy a cheap calipers...dial ones are less than $20 and very useful. measure the outside diameter of the spindle. then, either count how many threads there are in one inch of the spindle, or use a pitch gage. example, a 1/2-20 nut is 1/2 inch diameter, with 20 threads per inch. any hardware supplier should be able to get you what you need, and having these tools will prevent this in the future. im sure this is not metric.

Call (859) 865-2205, Cocanougher Farm Equip. near Harrodsburg, KY. They have a couple of the sharpest parts people around and are a Bush Hog dealer. Have your model # and serial # handy. They 'may' have one in stock or can tell you the size. Open Sat 'til 1200PM.

Unless I'm missing something, just measure the diameter of the bolt/shaft.

Major problem, get both, probably $.29 each.
