Folks:

I have a NH 469 Haybine that I bought right three years ago, I got it for pulling it out of the fence row. The rolls are ok, but the cast iron gearbox broke on the last swath last summer. Somehow The gear ate through the cast iron side of the gear box. It had previously been braised and is not repairable. Do any of you know where I can get a replacement gearbox?

The second problem is the lack of a swath gate. It never had a swath gate and it worked most of the time. However, I want to put a swath gate on it. Do any of you have suggestions for getting plans or a replacement swath gate?

I can't upgrade to a newer mower-conditioner this year so I need to do something for this season.

Jim
