I recently got an older IH Grain Drill, but I don't have any info on setting it. It is an IH older 8' on high steel wheels and metal boxes. It does not have a clutch lift, it has the two manual lift arms in the front. To adjust the settings you have have to move the gearing on the axles. Would anybody have a manual that I could get a copy of on one of these drills? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks

Sounds like an M or MF Drill, If you give more information I may be able to get you a photo copy of anything you need on that drill, First, how many openers? Single or double Disc? Shoe? Straight line or stagared? Fertilizer or not? Grass Seeder or Not? If yes on front or back? Also opener Spacing 7" or 8"? Standard depth or deep openers?

I have a #10 grain drill but it sounds like yours is a little older than that. You might be able to get a copy of a manual from your Case/IH dealer. I was able to get a reprint manual for a New Idea #7 cornpicker from my Agco Allis dealer. And that picker was over 50 years old.
