detachable Chain

I have to ID some chain. Links are 1 3/4" from center to center, 1" inside width, 1 5/8" outside width. Thanks to any one that can help.

I have restored an old IHC / Farmall pull type, ground driven, manure spreader (circa 1935) and need several chain links to complete the apron portion of the project.

Chain links are approximately 2" wide, OAL is ~3.25", pitch is approx ~2.9" Center square holes are approx. 1.1" wide x 2" long Rolled clevis portion is approx 1.06" wide x ~1" OD Appears to be about 4.1 to 4.2 links per foot

I cannot find any detachable chain link specifications or standard size, so cannot determine the correct part number.

Might you have chain links or detachable chain link standard sizes to help me complete my project? Or could you suggest a source for replacement links?

Not sure about how you discribe inside width and outside width. But a roller chain with center to center of 1 3/4" would be 140 ANSI pitch. Your outside width seems off. Inside at 1" is standard for 140. If you have standard 140 your outside should be 2.14" at the widest part (the pin on a standard, non-connecting link). Hope this helps, Ted

Probably not, you're talking roller chain, he's talking flat chain?

All the flat chain I've seen has the number stamped into it, wet a finger & run around a few links, you should find a 51 or 55 or some such number.

Or, take a link to a farm supply store & compare to what's on the shelf - some one or some dealer in your area should handle it.
