I have a bunch of old MH cultivator, mower, binder, reaper/thresher, cream separator, manure spreader etc etc parts books I would like to get rid of. Any ideas?

First thing, don't hide your email address when you say things like that. There may be guys out there who would email you with a cash offer if they could just contact you.

Second, EBAY! Get a good scanner and/or camera. Get some clear sharp images of what you have and put it on ebay. Someone somewhere will be looking for them. I have some MF hay rake parts books that I list about every 6 months. Each time 1 or 2 of them sell and go away. Now I'm left with just the odd-ball stuff that no one wants.

Third option: the trash can!

I don't know. I've been selling on eBay for 5 years and I recently listed 75 of these books, with bids on less than 10. I'm not impressed. Usually I have 75% - 85% sell rate on my motorcycle and car parts.

Yes, I'd have to say that of all the stuff I've tried selling on ebay, MF parts books have had the least appeal and response. Ford tractor stuff will always attract a bid and sometimes just go bonkers.

Right now I have an auction for a Ford jacket patch. I sold one 2 weeks ago for $15. Last week I sold another one for $26. This week (with less than a day to go) I have only been able to get the min bid of $1.99. Go figure.
