The Steel Crisis will cause shortages in many of the new shortline implements. Look for shortages to start showing up in late April. Buy now and save, especially on round and square balers. Is a fact that 8-15% increases are needed just to come close to the steel increases. That is $1,000 to $3,000 increase in the price of balers and will likely happen in May. This combined with the weak US$, has wholesalers, manufacturers and distributors with lower than usual inventory for this time of year, spells shortages and some price gouging. This steel crisis is not going away for at least a year.

Ya know as bad as it sounds seems like nothing suprises me anymore. Well seems that a steel shortage will effect far more than just the new market, an increase in scrap prices witch have been low the past few years will force people to consider recycling some of them old implements we all like here rather than sellin em cheap. Coupled with the forcasted hike in feul prices we could be in a real bind this year and perhaps a few to come the time for plannin ahead has run us over hope everyone takes a tight grip and can hold on through this.

Just my opinion, take it or leave it.

I know that Aerway is having an increase April 1st and then another May 1st. So if your looking it would be best to act soon if you can.
