Typed in wrong size on earlier post. Bin size is 18ft in diameter and 16ft high. So would it hold appox 3200 bu?

From the USDA chart, 204 bushels per foot of depth X 16 feet = 3264 bushels. Sometimes charts include a 5% compaction factor.

pi(3.1416) times radius squared times hieght gives cubic feet, times .8 gives bushels
radius-9 squared ==81 times 3.1416=254.4696 times 16=4071.5136 cubic feet, times .8 =3257.2108 bushels
