I just purchased a 224T baler and would like to find some good color pictures. I have the user manual but would like to see it in color so I can have the correct lettering made up. Cant get the decal set any longer. Thanks, Ted

Ted, I have a 224T in extremely good condition. I don't have many pictures at the moment and I am a little mired in work until after the 15th of next month but could get you some after that.
The baler is tarped and stored right now. Or maybe I can tell you what you need to know. It isn't fancy, just a green baler with yellow letters. If you don't get a good hit, let me know and I will be happy to help.

Thanks, so far you are the only person to reply. When you get a chance I would like to see a picture from front, back, and both sides. I am going to have to get the lettering made and want to make sure it is close to correct. I have found the jumping deere logos for each side, but the "John Deere 224T" decals are the ones I will have to make. Thanks for your help! You can just get my email from this posting. I think I turned it on for you. Again, Thanks, Ted

I pinged you so you can keep in touch. It is curious, but I have found the 224T to be an uncommon model. Haven't found out much about it other than someone said it is a souped up version of the 24T. It is a nice baler with the grease pump for the notters and other bale handling fittings. Seems when questions come up on these I am one of the few who respond. Wonder how many were made? Mine is a plum and she bales good. Take out one bolt and the notters swing up so you can work on them easy. Manual is available from JD. That's about it for now, get with me next month and I'll send you all the pics you need.
