PTO BOLT PATTERN ADAPTER FOR PULLEY

I need an Adapter to put a Pulley unit onto my Ford 800 Tractor. The Belt pulley unit for my Cordwood Saw has a different Bolt Pattern than my Tractor. The Spline is the correct size. Does anyone know where I could find this Bolt Pattern Adapter?

Hi, my brother had one made at a local welding shop. Used 1/2 inch metal plate. Cut hole large enough to fit around PTO housing. Drilled holes to match tractor bolt hole pattern. Had to counter sink head of one bolt. Drilled holes to match pulley mount. Counter sunk heads of bolts and welded heads into plate. Ground surface smooth.

This will only work if the PTO shaft is still long enough to mate with the shaft in the pulley after the 1/2 plate is added.
