I hae been looking for a front loader for my Allis WD wide front. I have found one in Iowa for $200 that has been repainted. It is supposedly complete, including the trip bucket and a good cylinder. It is originally a D 17 bucket that has been converted to fit my WD. I have located one in Illinois for $650 that is complete but needs paint. It is an original Allis WD 9 loader with a bucket and a good cylinder. I too am in a quandry trying to find one that I can afford. Unfortunately, it seems that there are a lot more front end loaders out there for the tricycle tractors than for the wide fronts. When you find somebody who has a wide front loader, they think it is made of gold. I bought a tricycle loader at auction a couple of months ago for $50, but it would not work without lots of modification and welding and I ended up hauling it off for scrap. Let me know if you find something that you cannot use.

Loaders like that are nearly free. You will spend a lot more on a control valve, hoses and building the brackets.
