Sickle mower ID for Steve from NH

Steve,

I have a 7' trailing NH sickle mower. I believe the wheels are on a straight versus offset axle and the lift cylinders is behind the RH wheel with the rod point towards the front. It also has an output drive for a conditioner. I am guessing it is a 44,45,46,47 model, but not sure which is the trailing versus semi-mount, etc.
