It depends on what size you wnat and need. I am attaching a link to a PDF from Agri-Supply's catalog pages 17-21. Page 19 has a layout of sizes and the Brazilian and Indian steel and what each costs and the next page has the axles and bearings. These are not all of the blades that they sell but will cover 90%. I have used the Brazilian and had no problems with them working great. Also you can buy different thickness's and I usually go with the thickest I can get. Again I only want to take a disc apart when I absolutely have to. LOL This will give you an idea of what is available. For the record, (ShepFl disclaimer) other than spending alot of my farm income at Agri, I am in no way associated with it.

Jerry,

Thanks for the link to Agri-Supply. I went to their website and I can not get their online catalog. Do you know the link to the online catalog?
Thanks.

My latest Shoup catalog (Spring 2004) lists disc BLADES (quantity 1 - 11) at $12.39 - $46.20.

I paid somewhere around $15.00 a piece for 18"ers last summer when I replaced a couple.

Ding, ding, ding!! Just a Paul said. Price differences are based on size, thickness, Rockwell Hardness and country of manufacture. I have been pricing them to rebuild my transport disk.

As I read here once long ago,
