I didn't get either of the two newer balers at auctions this past week. They are either to high priced or I'm to cheap. My question now is about the 24t.I have a 14t that works reasonably well now. Is a 24t enough of a upgrade to spend money on. I let a really nice one go at an auction a couple weeks ago for $725.00 which I now realize was a pretty good buy. I have 7 acres of alfalfa and around 20 acres of mixed grass I will be putting for the first time this year we have always paid someone to do it for us in the past.I think I should have two balers on hand this spring so I will keep the 14t. Other than sharpening the knives and keeping it greased does anyone know any tricks or things to tweak to get it if not to be fast at least to be steady and reliable. Thanks to everyone. 13" of snow and below zero here in Council Bluffs and more coming according to the weatherman. Come on spring!
