I've been watching sale listings for a long time now, looking for a corn sheller. I'd like to be able to just shell a little from the food plots to feed the squirrels and deer. I'm getting to the point of just giving up. Years ago, I saw many of these things go for little or nothing...now...guess I should have gotten one back then.

Anyone know where a guy might pick one up? I can spend some bucks and time fixing one up, but I don't own a machine shop.

Just thought I'd ask.

Ebay and search for corn sheller. You will get quite a few hits.

For what you want to do there is a small corn sheller that you can mount on the side of a box or bench. I see them at auctions all the time for around $20. Don't take up much room and work great. We have two of them and use them more than the floor model.

There is a decent looking one on photo ads, a Black Hawk. I think is was $35.00, not sure though

I've searched the photo ads for "corn sheller", "sheller" and even "corn". I'm not seeing what Jim is referring to. Keep in mind, I'm no farmer, but maybe I'm searching wrong. I'm looking for a small unit, maybe even hand operated. That corn picker is a little over the top... :)

This was a small hand crank sheller that bolted to a board
