Just for future referance. An acer = roughly 207' x 207'. Cuting 9' at a time (207/9) you get 23 passes. If you count 23 passes times 207' you get 4761' total distance for an acer. With a mile being someing in the 5300' range, it takes roughly 1.1 acers to equal a mile. So at 5 mph you can cover something like 5.5 acers. 207/9=23 passes 23x207=4761 feet 5300/4761=1.1 miles 5x1.1=5.5 acers per hour But thats optimum. Deduct for cutting vairance (over lap and such) somethin like 5-10%. And corners up to 20% depending on shape (lenght vs width). So I would say baring break down, pluging, and such you looking at 4-4.5 acers with smooth cutting base on a fairly square area. Heavy tangled hay, rough and or rocky gound can slow you down as much as 50% or more.
Couple other things to consdider. Fuel consuption - my AC D19 burns somethin like .9 gal an hour at operating RPM under load. On a small area say 5 acers not that much (a gal or so). But if you cutting 50 it can add up (9 gals or more). Your rate needs to include setup, travel to, travel from, break down. Sounds trival but can become a sore spot if not addressed in the charges. Big differance in the 15 mins it takes to hookup and drive across the road to do 20 acers (5 hours 200 bucks) vs 2 hours to travel 30 miles for 5 acers and 2 hours back home (5 hours 50 bucks).
