Anyone know where we can buy the shutteres for the WD. They go in front of the radiator and would sure be a welcome addition to my tractor here in Kentucky. Any help would be appreciated.

Bob you may have to scrounge around some tractor wrecking yards. I picked up a set of shutters for a Farmall H at a tractor flea market for $50 and they were like new. Here wher I am shutters were popular for winter tractor work as well as for the distilate tractors. We had an Allis C with shutters, close them up and the tractor would warm up quickly and get to work. Good luck finding some...Mike in exeter Ontario

You are not going to beleive this, but I was talking to an old farmer in Iowa the other day about a front end loader. In the course of the covnersation, I mentioned that I was looking for shutters. He informed me that he immediately took the shutters off of any tractor he bought because they always plugged up with corn chaff or hulls, etc., while he was working. He said he may have one set in his garage. He called me back and had a perfect set that he would sell me for cheap. The moral to the story is to just be persistent. Lots of people have just what we are looking for, but you will not know until you ask.

Thanks for the reply Mike. I can't believe that somebody out there does not have access to some repops or a nice set of used shutters. These items are too necessary for us winter farmers. I hate to park my WD for the winter but she is a contrary old girl until she warms up. Hopefully, somebody can help me out!
