I found a plow that I believe is very old. the bottoms say oliver on them and there are attachments on the bottoms that read "The New Board" or something. it is a either and 2 bottom 14in or 2 bottom 16in. how old is it? is it rare?

does it have steel orrubber wheels what type of lift does it have wecollect oliver plows and may be able to hewlp you

it has rubber wheels and it is a hand lift with another rod that has a spring action to it.
