I am looking to purchase a manure spreader. How much is a Deere model H spreader worth? How much is an old new Idea spreader worth? I appreciate any help. If any one has a spreader they would like to sell please e-mail me. [email protected]

Martin, around southern Ontario, machinery dealers ask $1500 for a working spreader of around 130 bushel, there seems to be a good demand for small farm and hobby farm operations. I was very lucky to get a 130 bushel New Holland spreader from a friend who went to a larger tandem axle spreader( $500, looks like new and works like new). In the Western Ontario Farmer weekly these spreaders get $1500 easily.....good luck in your hunt...Mike in Exeter Ontario

ignore the above post. Your asking mainly what is worth. I would say a good working one would be around 500
