Here's press release that may help you:

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE SEP 3, 2003

The purchase of the Cole Planter Company was announced today by the Covington Planter Company.
All current product lines of both companies will be manufactured at the Covington plant in Albany,
Georgia.

"We are honored to carry on the traditions of serving the farmers' needs which the popular Cole product line has upheld since 1900", said Covington President, Mark Pirrung. Covington is no newcomer to the field, having started its operations in 1911.

Cole and Covington are old-line manufacturing companies that make agricultural seed planters for the small farmer. Together they sell over 3000 pieces of planting and fertilizing equipment each year.

"The product lines are complimentary and reliability has always been a hallmark of both companies.

You don't survive for over 100 years without making a well designed, durable product that meet the farmer's needs year after year", Mr. Pirrung said.

Cole products have been manufactured most recently by the Powell Manufacturing Company of
Bennettsville, South Carolina. Cole began operations in Charlotte, North Carolina in 1900.

For further information please contact Mr. Pirrung at 404-699-6700.
