Hi i recently purchased an IH 2 bottom plow with two steel wheels and one off a car. It is a trip model plow. The land wheel is 30 inches in diameter and 7 inches wide. My other IH steel wheeled plow is 30 inches in diameter but only 4 inches wide. Is this an optional wheel or a different model plow? Are the furrow wheels supposed to be the same or different? Thanks a lot
Matt

I beleive the other wheel should be smaller. 24" I think. Book mentions pacific coast special model which would be a 2 or 3 bottum with 4" wide wheels, Regulars were 3" wide. Regards and happy new year PUTTER

Matt Looked in my old parts book. Says that wheel was for muck or sandy soils or for rice territory. Depends on part no. POW 445 LAND WHEEL (for muck or sandy land)(special) (30"diam., 7" face) is what I beleive yours to be They made quite a few different sizes really. PUTTER
