Drag plow break aways

Hello..

I have a set of 3x14's MM drag plows that I would like to get a break away hitch for. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The MM plow should have a large (4"?) ring on the toung and the breakaway hitch bolted to the tractor drawbar

Tim, Many manufacturers used a berakaway type hitch made by the Holland Co. in Holland Michigan. Most of these were made to fit a certain company's implement but could be easily adapted because it it just a small unit that bolts to the tongue of the plow or whatever. i'll bet a salvage yard could supply one that would work.

After looking at one of my plows with a Holland hitch, I realized that it is NOT a break away type hitch, just a mechanism for quickly hitching to or releasing from a drawbar loop or clevis. Sorry for the mis lead. Bob
