pitman arm ???

need to find the diamensions and bolt hole locations for the 16A mower pitman arm.able to make arm just need measurments.the mower came with no arm.any help appreciated. just a cheap yankee with lots of time

If you have the hardware for the ends of the pittman you already have the pattern you need for your holes. You can determine the lenght by by setting the sickle on the inside or backstroke and make sure that it is stopped dead center on the guards the turn the flywheel so that it is on the end of backstroke and you can then measure the lenght you need.

There is a difference between cheap and good sense. Go buy one factory and use it as a pattern. That way you will always have a known good to reference
