Looking for a PTO manure spreader for a 30hp tractor and was wondering if anyone ever owned a millcreek or H&S manure spreader. I'm told that the H&S is heaver but like the lower price of the millcreek. are their any other brands I should look at?

Help ?

Millcreeks are junk. H&S are better. New Holland and New Idea are far better yet.

Where are you at? I am in mid Michigan and I have a case 165 for sale - works great, new tires, apron, chains, drag bars. Asking $500 - kept in my barn. Good luck, Irv

I have a New Holland 327 and a Gehl 250. The Gehl would be to large, but the New Holland I run with either an H Farmall or a D-14 or WD Allis Chalmers. All handle it fine, Allis's a bit better due to the live power via the hand clutch.
Both are good machines.
