I have a Ford Jubilee and want to put a 6' blade on it. I have looked at Bushog and Woods, they are pretty expensive. I have also looked at a company out of Winston Salem NC, Lienbach Line they have heavy blades for about $375. What should i buy?

I have a Landpride-good blade been dragging it around for about 15 years and no problems. I also have a jube. and would recommend that you go with a 7'blade for better coverage when it is angled.

What do the blades you guys have weigh? i am scared a 7' blade will pll my tractor around sideways, ever have this problem with the blade straight?

I cringe at some of the cheap implements out there, but a back blade is a pretty simple device, hate to spend the big bucks on that. If you are working on lots of dirt clay & rocks for years, then spend the money, but for light grading & snow the cheaper ones work well & I rhink you will be happy.

Ditto for the land pride. Good quality product and not paying extra for a name. Check it out at www.landpride.com
By the way, land pride is American built not a cheap import!

I just bought a Land Pride. wanted a Woods but like they said overpriced. Mine seems to be very nice, but with 18 inches of snow forecast for tomorrow, we will SOON put it to the test.

If you can wait for a farm equipment auction near you, you should be able to get a used one for between $100 to $300.

Unless you're going to use it 24/7, the Liembach is as good as you'll probably need. I have one. I use it on a 60HP tractor, and haven't had the first problem. (Mine's a 7'er) The Woods, and the Bush-Hog are nice pieces, but WAY over-priced. JMHO, John
