I have a Case Centennial Plow on rubber. The wheels were definately a yellowish color. I was thinking if it could have been Dessert Sunset? The yellow spots that are left seem to be more yellow than sunset, but I cant tell for sure. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance

How do you identify if it is a Centennial plow or something else. I have a 2 16" that I think could be a centennial but am not sure how to tell.

here is the way I painted one. I used jd yellow. I think this is correct for the early plows.

Case called it "Plow wheel green". Actually is a yucky yellow. JD yellow is close. Euclid machinery yellow is closer. Only for red and green plows, not for later plows that were flambeau red.

What exactly is Euclid machnery yellow? My Plow is supposed to be Flambeau and green with the yellow wheels. I guess it is early fifties?

I think if it is a Centennial plow it should be dark red and green, not Flambeau. The red like L and C tractor wheels. IH red or a little darker. Model A plow after the Centennial was Flambeau with Desert sunset wheels. The number for the wheel green (yucky yellow) is Dupont 6980 according to Old Abe's News.

I am attempting to send a picture of my plow. Still not sure of this high tect stuff. The color is definitely yellow with a slight green tint. I had a can of original Case Plow Wheel Green and matched it to the Euclid Equipment color. Euclid also called it green. I found the last can I had mixed. It was in Dupont Ful-Base enamel 6980 IC ?. Last number or letter I can't read. (Close to the 6980 number in Old Abe's News) The color on your tail wheel looks just like that color. Your plow is a Centennial B made from about 1937 and with a few changes into the early 50's. Still listed in 1952. About that time came the A. Why A after B? Who knows. C came out in the late 50's. You are to be commended for wanting to preserve equipment. Most tractor guys are only interested in tractors. Now that most of the old tractors have been gathered up I think it is important to restore or at least preserve the equipment that was used with the tractors.
