IH 47 wire tie baler operation question

Been using an old 47 baler with pretty good success. One problem enountered was that one wire on the bale seemed to be looser than the other. What adjustment can be done to tighten up the wire???

Don"t have any answers but have a question, I bought a IH 46 wire tie baler today and don"t know how to string the wire once it gets to the needles, there are two rollers at the end of the needles, does the wire go between them? also i would like to know to wire it through the twisters. I have been using a Ford baler without a safty stop and am tired of constantly repairing the needles. I would be willing to purchase copies of a manual or pics of how to wire the IH 46. Thanks Jack

Sorry I don't have a answer for your question But I have one that maby you can help me with, I bought a IH 46 wire tie baler today and am lost on how to string the wire, I get to the needles and there are two roolers at the end and then I am not sure how to string the wire through the tying parts. I have been using a ford 530 w/out the safty stop and just got tired of repairing the needles all the time. Do you know I can find a manual or could I buy a copy of yours if you have one? Any help would be nice, Thanks Jack
