I was at an auction in Pennsylvania today, and I saw a Harvey corn sheller. It was listed in the sale bill, and I didn't go to the sale for it (went for a Super M that sold for $4000, not to me though), but after a $5 bid, it was in the back of my truck. It will shell corn, all it needs is a good greasing and a coat of paint. Now I have something for which to use those belt pulleys on the F-20 and H! I understand how this sheller gets put back together (chute, spouts and cob conveyor were off and bundled together) and how it works, but I'd appreciate any additional info anybody might have regarding it, or if anybody has a manual laying around for it. I don't need the manual to run it, but I still like to have the paperwork for the machines I own when possible.

Tim, I was there too. I also had my eyes on that Super M. I think it was $3700.00 that it went for. I was hoping for $1500.00. When I saw it I knew it would go for a lot. It was in real nice shape. It's just wierd how some things go cheap and some seem to go too high. The Ford 9N with a mower went for $1300.00. When I saw that I had some hope on the SM. But up it went way too high for me. I looked at that corn sheller also. It looked like it needed some work. Good luck with it. Where are you located?

I'm in Pittstown, New Jersey. Suprisingly, the sheller is in near working order, just have to get the mouse nests out of it and grease it (and of course put all the chutes and conveyor parts back together). If I clean it up and paint it, it'll look great. I think they were hoping I'd bid on the endless belt too, but I already have a couple of them:).
