Sounds like everyone has a bunch of mags for you! I have them too. Just email me with the model of your engine for a reasonable rebuilt ready to go.

Being a walk behind, its going to be a single cylinder. I know of a few places that have mags. Let me know if it is a BKN, AENLD, or AGND model number on the engine. If that tag is gone, What is the model of the trencher. All of those engines used different model mags.

Ebay is a good source for wisconsin parts. If you at least get a used or hull of a magneto they have repair parts for them. Heres a link for wisconsin parts.
He might have owned it the whole time and never got a mag. Maybe you can get it cheaper.
Is it a 1,2,or4 cylinder?
I have a rebuildable 4 I'll sell for $250
