Not sure how many acres you have to do on a yearly basis or IF you would be able to find what is needed.

I have a Hesston PT-10 that the top roller is worn uneven on the drive end. The sicle drive head ball socket let go. Other than that, it's still a usable machine. Gear box was rebuilt with maybe 100 acres run through it since.

Neighbor and I worked out an agreement this year I keep his Vicon KM 321 at my place for free use (I do the repairs and upkeep, it needed a couple hundred to put it back in shape) he has the right to grab it if needed whenever.

I'm willing to let the Hesston go for what I paid for it $250.
