A NH 630 (belt type) should be ok on a 3000.

The NH630 is a 4'x4' baler that bales a 750 Lbs bale (NH specs). The Vermeer 504G,504I,& Rebel 5400 makes a 5'x4' bale, weighs 1200 Lbs. and does this with less HP. The Vermeer has a more advanced technology than NH.

I don't agree or disagree, the question was which NH baler would..... ..... . "not convince me to buy a ..... ..... ...". I tried to answer the question that was asked, not sell him a baler.

Only the chain baler like a NH 847 or 848 can pull a NH round baler. You would do better to look at a Vermeer 504G, 504I of a New Vermeer Rebel 5400 baler. We have customers using a Ford 3000 with all these balers.
