John Deere hayloader?

We have had a John Deere "hayloader", parked in our barn, for over 40 years. To my knowledge, it has never been left outside. I have no idea how old it is, but it is in excellent condition. It has metal wheels, a metal bed, that rides in a vertical, upright position, and wooden slats that have metal tines, to "work" the hay up the bed and into a tow behind wagon. It still has the "John Deere" decals and, I would guess, the original paint. We have always referred to it as a "hayloader", but I'm not sure if that is the proper term. I have not been able to find any identification plates or numbers on it. If anyone has an idea of when the John Deere Company made this type of machinery, please let me know. Thanks.

PGM, The term hayloader is correct, John Deere made lots of models of this machine and over lots of years, I think they were made well into the 40s. If you can get some old John Deere catalogs, or books or even a copy of the Operation Care and Repair of Farm Machinery, you may be able to spot one similar to yours. I'd even bet some of the regular guys on here will know what to look for and be able to tell you.
